At EquiLIFE Wellness Network Inc., we are driven by a bold vision: a world where everyone has access to equitable, compassionate, and effective healthcare—no matter their background, ethnicity, or circumstances. Our mission is to bridge the gaps in healthcare, break down systemic barriers, and provide life-changing support for individuals and families navigating chronic illnesses, with a special focus on Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities and those historically underserved.

Our Story

Born from Resilience, Built on Compassion

The journey of EquiLIFE Wellness Network Inc. begins with our founder, Dr. Aldric Marshall. In 1986, while serving in the U.S. Air Force, Dr. Marshall experienced a life-altering event: debilitating neurological symptoms following routine booster shots during basic training. Years later, he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), but the road to that diagnosis was fraught with challenges, isolation, and systemic obstacles.
As a Black man living with MS, Dr. Marshall faced significant healthcare disparities, a lack of representation in research, and an absence of culturally competent care. Instead of succumbing to these barriers, he transformed his personal struggles into a mission of advocacy, hope, and systemic change. Fueled by faith and determination, Dr. Marshall founded EquiLIFE Wellness Network Inc. to create a support system for those often left behind by traditional healthcare systems.
Today, EquiLIFE stands as a beacon of hope for thousands, bridging gaps in healthcare access and ensuring that underserved communities are not just included but prioritized.
